About Us

Let Go Let Flow with Chaz & Janae

Finding the words to describe issues—and solutions that work.

We’re many things for many people and organizations.

For example, group counseling is enough for some organizations. In others, one-on-ones are needed to bring to light issues that might not be raised in front of the larger group.

Nonprofits whose funders require diversity, equity, and inclusion but can’t seem to hire or retain people of color, need to learn which policies and individual staff member behaviors need to be changed.

Our Wellness Wednesday and Community Events are all about leading with love and healing from the inside out. We facilitate conversations between Black and White Women and provide a forum for men to discuss the mental trauma of being a Black Man in America.

Our goal is to make a positive impact in the health and wellness space. Corporations spend millions on health and wellness without addressing the sickness of racism. We teach, coach, and inspire people to improve their physical and mental health—from the inside out.
